Wall Stories

Getting to know and working with my partner Olga has truly been a blessing. We speak and communicate on varying levels with one aspect being through our creativity.

This has lead to us working on a few projects, with one series being one that we refer to as “Wall Stories”.

We’ll begin posting for this in late March.

The REPULSIVE WORLD OF THE 3 NOT-SO LITTLE PIGS

– [An excerpt from “The ABCs”]

Once upon a time, there were three not so little pigs that lived out in the country.

They grew up on tales of wolves and young humans, learning how these two species were dangerous to pigs. With this in mind, they conspired to not become consumed by either, deciding to therefore, make sure they always stuck the boot in first.

For them, this outlook was refreshing, giving them a thirst for blood and a desire for power, and they soon found out that both could be realised through active careers in the P-Force. So, leaving the relatively quiet of the farm for the bright lights of the big city, they set off on an adventure!

In the P-Force, their enthusiasm did not go unnoticed and they quickly rose through the ranks to become feared by all and the crushers of all those who fell in their path. Meeting out government -sanctioned ‘justice’ whilst getting thrills from the sounds of gargling choke-holds and the vibration of force-inflicted broken bones; especially those students who chose to embark on peaceful demos through city streets.

Those that stalked the corridors of power admired yet feared them at the same time, recounting their horrific exploits in the press as these schweinehunds dispensed with fairness and civil liberties like a rabid mutant Cerberus. When verbally challenged by those who were supposedly their superiors, they would stare back with cold, dark, expressionless eyes, from a place few have ever been. “We are legion,” would be their eventual reply, “for we are many.”

“What measure of man or woman exists that will come forth who can stop them?” the world asked. “Who can we find who shall slay the three-headed beast?” Many of those who came, tried, yet failed, falling to dust one after the other by the wayside.

The beast grew ever more fearless, gorging itself and becoming increasingly fat on the torment and suffering of others. It set its sights on ruling the P-Force with thoughts of raising and army of its own kind. With no one to stand in its way it reckoned on the task being easy and without contest; but it did not reckon on the emergence of those whose mission it was to restore balance to the scales of justice.

A small group of City-zens with the mindset that taught them that on the path to freedom, justice and equality, it is best to fight fire not with fire, or even water, but with carbon dioxide, had been forming in the shadows, away from the watchful gaze of the ‘Eye That Does Not Sleep’.

It was a plan beyond the brutal imaginings of the beast, and one, which for this reason, amongst others, would not fail…

The BEGINNING…

    4. The poetry I've written is so personal to me that I couldn't imagine sharing it with others. Is that hard to do?

    5. Sometimes, things are as hard as we make them. It can often be a case of, "Feel the fear and do it anyway". Plus, I feel that if you have a gift for something, it should be shared with others. Besides, I'm sure what you've written, other people would definitely benefit from reading. I would certainly be interested.
